Q&A: Can you develop an immunity from romantic love?

Question by Yousif (Joe) R: Can you develop an immunity from romantic love?
I think I did…

After a person’s 3 times being burned (this is not flings – this is actually being in love – or at least that is what I call it) – and maybe 50 or more people on the rejection list… I have been love-free and no longer plagued by this debilitating disease…

GOOD FOR YOU!!!!!! Sometimes it is not worth losing all the good qualities about your own personality just to be in a relationship with someone. I am happy for you, I wish I too suffered this disease. I’d have fifty cats and only have to worry about myself and all the things I can get done without having to worry if someone is going to cheat on me again or if I’m not attractive enough or good enough or whatever. I got burned and am still with the guy, but now, I, as a person, kind of suck. Good for you:)

Sure, I am at this moment totally in love with myself and that is all that counts. I prefer to live with me, myself, and I right now. I will continue to pamper and indulge myself for as long as I want to.. That’s the great thing about being single…you have the choice to be “ill” or not.
