i guess she has to if you are dating
is she also dating another guy at the same time?
or maybe she is doing it so you will chase her and like her more.
she also might be being closed off from you cause she doesn’t want to get hurt.

You need to talk with her. Some girls are not interested in physical contact…maybe from past experience or just not in their nature. If this is the case, you’ll have to get used to it, and she may warm up a bit over a long time.
There is a chance that she is just not the type to initiate physical contact. Also talk with her about this and see if she would like you to take the lead.
